Worth knowing
A parent or grandparent's AUPE membership can qualify you because AUPE is a NUPGE component. Foster children of members also qualify. It is decided on a 750 to 1,000 word essay about how Tommy Douglas made Canada a more just and equitable society, so it rewards writing, not marks. You have to be entering the first year of a Canadian public post-secondary institution full time or part time.
