Marilyn Jackson Fine Arts Scholarship

Sponsored by the Newell Concert Association and awarded to a student going into a fine arts program, with dance and music named as examples rather than as the limit. The association exists to bring performance into the Brooks area, and this is the part of its work that follows a local student out of it. Acceptance into the program is what qualifies you; the handbook sets no audition or portfolio requirement.

The handbook publishes no closing date for this award. Applications are collected by Brooks Composite High School rather than by the sponsor, and the form itself is a Google Doc only Grasslands students can open, so the date you need is the one the school sets. Ask the BCHS office in the fall.
