About this scholarship
Sponsored by the Newell Concert Association and awarded to a student going into a fine arts program, with dance and music named as examples, not as the limit. The association brings performance to the Brooks area, and this award funds a local student's study in the arts. Acceptance into the program is what qualifies you, and the handbook sets no audition or portfolio requirement.
