LCHS graduates entering a program of two years or longer
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

One $500 award for a graduate entering a program of at least two years, judged on community involvement and academic proficiency. The essay question is fixed and specific: the Kinsmen motto is serving the community's greatest need, so you are asked what you think this community's greatest need is and how you would address it, in 500 words, with a resume alongside.

One form covers every LPSD award. You complete the General LPSD Scholarship Application in the Google Classroom, code an2eroz, by May 1, and tick this award on the LCHS organizer sheet rather than applying to the sponsor.

HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 1, 2027.
