Applications are made through kincanada.ca and the window runs October 1 to February 1, which is far earlier than the rest of the Lacombe awards.

About this scholarship

The Lacombe Kinsmen sponsor entries to the Kin Canada bursary, worth $500 locally and $1,000 nationally. Applicants are judged on school and community involvement, knowledge of Kin Canada and financial need, and must be studying or registered full time in university, college, trade school or a technical institute.
