One award of $1,300 for a recent local high school graduate in the first year of the Bachelor of Science in Engineering programme, based on financial need and academic achievement.

Like the Teachers' Association award, the criteria name a recent local graduate, so this is aimed squarely at someone leaving a Fort McMurray high school this year.
