ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

Five awards of $1,000 from Imperial for students in year one or two of Environmental Technology who live in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo or the surrounding Indigenous communities, including Clearwater River Reserve and La Loche. Preference goes to local Indigenous applicants, then to local non-Indigenous applicants.

La Loche is in Saskatchewan and Clearwater River Reserve sits beside it, so this award reaches across the provincial boundary. Where applicants outnumber awards they are ranked on academic success.
