Worth knowing

Apply through the foundation's online application package in the fall after you graduate, before noon on the September deadline. You need two character reference letters from people outside your family, written answers on up to four extracurricular activities and short paragraphs on three questions about your school, your community and your faith. You do not have to be at a university or college, since workplace training and certification programs also count. Winners are announced in late September and presented at fall awards nights.

About this scholarship

The Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools Education Foundation gives two $500 scholarships each year to recent division high school graduates under 21 who serve their community.
