🤝 Grande Prairie and District Oldtimers' Association Scholarship

A scholarship for post-secondary students who are descendants of Grande Prairie district pioneers and who have maintained a minimum 70 per cent average. The value is set by the association each year.

The eligibility line here is genuinely unusual and it is worth asking your family about before you rule yourself out: you have to be descended from a Grande Prairie district pioneer family. Many students in the Peace Country qualify and never check. The academic bar is a 70 per cent average, which is low by scholarship standards, and the association does not publish a fixed amount.
