ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
A legacy endowment left behind by a 2016 Rotary curling event, now paying student awards through the Northwestern Alberta Foundation.
Legacy funds like this and the 2000 Alberta Summer Games Legacy Fund exist because an event wound up with money left over and turned it into scholarships, so nobody markets them. One universal application covers every fund the foundation holds, so there is nothing separate to file for this one. The foundation publishes the roster of fund names but keeps each fund's value and criteria inside the portal, which tells you what you qualify for once you submit.
