About this scholarship
P.E.O. Alberta-Saskatchewan set up this fund in 2017 for a female student taking courses in Indigenous studies who plans to use that education to further reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada.
Worth knowing
Start a month or two before the April 1 date, because your recommendation has to clear a chapter first. You need two years of Alberta or Saskatchewan residency, a reference letter and an official transcript. The number and size of awards changes each year.
