Graduating Eastglen students nominated by school staff
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Four awards of $500 each funded by the Eastglen parent association and given to graduating students. A committee of staff members chooses the recipients, so there is no application form to submit.
Because staff nominate rather than students applying, the way to be considered is to be visible to the teachers who sit on the committee. Four awards at one school is a far better ratio than any city-wide competition.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school.
