Brooks Kinsmen Citizenship Award
The Brooks Kinsmen weigh two things together. The first is academic: an average for the year of at least 75%. The second is citizenship, which they break out into leadership involvement, the extent of that involvement, the quality of the work, and attitude toward school and fellow students. The award goes to whoever best demonstrates the combination, so a very strong record on one side does not carry it alone.
The handbook publishes no closing date for this award. Applications are collected by Brooks Composite High School rather than by the sponsor, and the form itself is a Google Doc only Grasslands students can open, so the date you need is the one the school sets. Ask the BCHS office in the fall.
