LCHS graduates entering agriculture or a directly related field
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
One $1,000 award left in the will of Arthur Tildesley, a Lone Rock farmer, for a graduate heading into agriculture, agri-business, veterinary medicine, agricultural mechanics, animal husbandry or agricultural technology. The unusually generous part is the timing: there is no limit on how many years you may apply, you need not have attended LCHS in the preceding year, and a general arts and science student who plans to transfer into an agriculture program later still qualifies.
One form covers every LPSD award. You complete the General LPSD Scholarship Application in the Google Classroom, code an2eroz, by May 1, and tick this award on the LCHS organizer sheet rather than applying to the sponsor.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 1, 2027.
