ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
One award of $1,500 for a student of Indigenous ancestry who has lived in Alberta for at least three years immediately before applying, with strong academic qualifications and demonstrated financial need. Proof of ancestry and of residency are both required.
The residency test is province-wide rather than regional, so a student who moved to Fort McMurray from elsewhere in Alberta still qualifies.
