ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Established in 1952 in honour of Charlie Scarborough, who left Strathcona to enlist in 1914 and returned to teach mathematics there. It recognizes outstanding service and leadership through extracurricular activities across at least two years of high school.
Judged on organization, productive delegation and worthwhile contributions to the school community rather than on marks. Its female counterpart is the Griesdorf Trophy, and the two are handed out side by side.
