What we keep
Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. A listing with no date keeps it a year at most, and nothing is kept past 18 months. We never sell or trade it. Questions go to hello@scholarab.ca. The full privacy policy.
Worth knowing
Nominees must be 12 to 18 when nominated and must have lived in Wood Buffalo for at least 12 months in a row. You cannot nominate yourself, so ask a teacher, coach or community leader. Nominations for the 2027 awards are open now and winners are honoured at a ceremony in the New Year. The page does not list a cash value.
