Worth knowing

Apply for admission, then submit the Major Admission Awards application in SOLUS by December 8, 2026. Queen's recommends applying for admission by November 20 to allow time to receive SOLUS access. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons. Queen's lists 90% as a guide to high school achievement. Renewal requires a 3.5 GPA with a full course load. Ask your high school to nominate you and enter your school official's contact details in the application.

About this scholarship

This scholarship pays $12,000 a year for up to four years for students entering Queen's University with a high school nomination. Selection considers academic achievement, creative thinking and leadership.
