About this scholarship

The Lesser Slave Forest Education Society funds two $500 scholarships for students heading into forestry, forest products manufacturing, natural resources or environmental science, or any health and safety program.

Worth knowing

You can apply to have it matched by the Northern Alberta Development Council, but that money comes with a return-service obligation of one month working in the north per $500, or you pay it back.
