Applications are accepted January 2 to May 15 each year for fall enrolment. Decisions go out by the end of July. You need a verified Alberta.ca Account, which can take up to two weeks to set up.
About this scholarship
Up to $7,000 a year, for a maximum of two years, for students training for jobs northern Alberta needs. You commit to one year of full-time work in northern Alberta for each year of funding you receive. You must be 18 or older, an Alberta resident for the past 12 months, and in the last two years of your program.
