We send one link to confirm, then a reminder 30, 14 and 3 days before the deadline.
Reminders come from ScholarAB in Medicine Hat, Alberta. We store your address only to send them, and delete it the moment you unsubscribe, which you can do any time from any email.
What we keep

Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days.
