You qualify if you are entering or returning to full-time studies in your first bachelor degree, so a grade 12 student heading into first year is eligible. You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and under 29 at the deadline. In the 2026 cycle the portal opened January 20 and closed March 19, and you have to create a user profile before you can apply.
