ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

A single $5,000 award from FIRST Robotics Canada for an Indigenous student who has participated in a FIRST program and is going on to post-secondary study in any field.

Unusually unrestricted on the academic side: your post-secondary program can be in ANY field, not only STEM, so participation in FIRST is the qualifying fact rather than what you intend to study. One award, not renewable. The 2026 deadline was February 15, two weeks later than the other two FIRST scholarships. Verified against firstroboticscanada.org on 2026-09-08.
