LCHS graduates entering a college or university in Alberta or Saskatchewan
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Two awards of $1,000, one to a male and one to a female graduate, left by Marjorie Ranger of the Marshall Rebekah Lodge, who was a teacher herself. The program must be in Alberta or Saskatchewan. Qualifying factors are financial need, reasonable grades, community involvement and a good chance of finishing, and it asks for two letters of recommendation, one from school staff and one from the community, plus a 500-word essay.
One form covers every LPSD award. You complete the General LPSD Scholarship Application in the Google Classroom, code an2eroz, by May 1, and tick this award on the LCHS organizer sheet rather than applying to the sponsor.

2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 1, 2027.
