Worth knowing

There is no separate form. You are considered automatically once you complete the University of Alberta's General Application for entrance awards through its AcademicWorks site. You must be starting the first year of a Bachelor of Arts with a Fine Arts major, a Bachelor of Fine Arts or a Bachelor of Design, and selection is based on your admission average. First preference goes to a Grand Trunk High School graduate, second to a Mayerthorpe High School graduate, and then to any student from rural Alberta.

About this scholarship

A University of Alberta entrance scholarship in memory of Macey Vankosky for a high-achieving rural Alberta student starting a degree in fine arts or design.
