What we keep

Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. A listing with no date keeps it a year at most, and nothing is kept past 18 months. Worth knowing

Terms read on the provider page 2026-11-02. Four $10,000 awards in 2026, one each for the summer and winter periods and two for the fall. The winter period runs October 1 to November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST, and one entrant is drawn at random within 30 days after it closes. One entry per period, and you must follow Innovation on Instagram or Facebook before the deadline. You need no Innovation membership or account. If you are under the age of majority a parent or guardian has to consent. The person drawn has 10 business days to send an official Confirmation of Enrolment showing full-time study in the six months after the period ends, and an acceptance letter or tuition receipt does not count, so Grade 12 students cannot use it until they are enrolled. The top of the page also shows a March 31 date, but the terms list only the three periods.

About this scholarship

Innovation Federal Credit Union draws four $10,000 scholarships a year for full-time post-secondary students across Canada outside Quebec. There is no essay, and you do not have to be a member.
