About this scholarship
Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary & College funds more than twenty scholarships through one yearly application, most paid per credit hour: from $50 a credit for named scholarships up to $250 a credit for the Barnabas Scholarship (new students nominated by a CNBC or SBC church) and for ministry leaders on staff at a CNBC church. Others cover dependents of CNBC, CBT and IMB staff, spouses of CBT students, former missionary volunteers, and students planning missions, pastoral, children's or religious education ministry.
Worth knowing
Apply once a year through the Populi student system before the school year starts, or before the Winter semester if you start in January. Most awards need admission to a program and at least two courses that semester, and returning students need a 2.3 GPA.
