Worth knowing

Employment at a Burger King restaurant is not required for the general track, which stops reviewing after the first 30,000 applications, so apply early in the window. Awards can be used at an accredited college, university or vocational school in Canada or the United States.

About this scholarship

A North American program that has awarded nearly $64 million to over 55,000 students, and it is open to Canadians, not US-only. The bar is deliberately low, a 2.0 cumulative average on a 4.0 scale, with selection weighing work experience, extracurriculars, community service and financial need alongside marks.
