Leduc Composite graduates in their second year of a BEd
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Mary Marsh established this in Leduc for a graduate of Leduc Composite High School who has reached the second year of a Bachelor of Education program at an Alberta university, preferably with a major in music. It pays $1,200 to a student in an elementary program with musical training and interest, or $1,000 for any other major within a BEd. The application is a personal letter, your grade 12 transcript, and the university transcript for the first year you have just finished.
This is not a graduation award. You apply in September of your second year in the Bachelor of Education program, so a Leduc Composite graduate needs to remember it a full year after leaving. The selection committee meets before October 15.

2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before September 15, 2026.
