ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
An annual award of $500 for Westwood Community High School students only, who must have completed Mathematics 30-1 and Mathematics 31 and be entering a STEM field. The decision is made at the school and presented at the awards ceremony.
Mathematics 31 is the gate and it is the course most students drop. Taking calculus in grade 12 is effectively the application, since without it no one at Westwood is eligible however good their marks.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before June 1, 2027.
