SCHOLARSHIP GENERAL DEADLINE TBA
Air Access Bursary
ALBERTA
WHO CAN APPLY
Alberta students in the aviation and pilot training programs at Mount Royal University
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The province pays $10,000 to students entering aviation and pilot training at Mount Royal, an unusually large bursary aimed at Alberta’s pilot shortage.
A hundred and fifty of these exist and there is no year-of-study bar, so a first-year student qualifies. The province does not run the intake; Mount Royal’s awards office does, and it sets the deadline. Full-time here means at least 60% of a course load in both fall and winter, or 40% for a student with a disability. Lifetime maximum of two.
