Email me when it opens

We send one link to confirm, then an email when it opens and reminders before the deadline if one is posted.
Reminders come from ScholarAB in Medicine Hat, Alberta. We store your address only to send them, and delete it the moment you unsubscribe, which you can do any time from any email.
What we keep

Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. A listing with no date keeps it a year at most, and nothing is kept past 18 months. We never sell or trade it. Questions go to hello@scholarab.ca. The full privacy policy.

Worth knowing

You are nominated, with your final grades for your latest term and a reference letter from your coach or teacher advisor. You must be a registered ACA participant member (athlete, coach or coach in training) for the 2026 to 2027 season and heading to post-secondary in the fall. Your school does not need a cheer program. The ACA says nomination forms come back in early March 2027 and has not posted the deadline yet. It usually gives one scholarship a year, presented at its awards gala.
