After applying for admission, open Awards and Financial Aid in the Waterloo applicant portal and complete the Entrance Awards for Black Students or Entrance Awards for Indigenous Students form, as applicable. The estimated deadline is April 15, 2027. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons in Canada. Software Engineering is excluded. The 2027 date is not published yet; this is last year's date moved forward one year.
