ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
A $1,000 award from the Lacombe Kinsmen for a graduating student who took part in scholastic activities such as sports, clubs or student council, held a solid academic standing and contributed to a school or club activity in a leadership or organising role. The criteria say directly that the honour roll and the principal's list are not required.
Nominations come from staff, so the school's advice is to raise it with a staff member who knows you well. The student must have attended LCHS for at least two years.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 1, 2027.
