Apply through your high school's spring scholarship process. You must live in High River, attend a Foothills School Division or Christ the Redeemer high school in High River and graduate that year, and be accepted to a trade school, college or university. Show what you have done to make High River better, give examples of leadership, and explain how your program will benefit the town.
