ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Two awards of $1,500 for students entering Red Deer Polytechnic full time who are members of the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, immediate family of an AUPE member, or sponsored by one, with Red Deer Polytechnic support staff first in the order of preference.
Red Deer Polytechnic runs one General Application that closes May 31 and puts you in the running for every award you qualify for, so this is one box on a form rather than a separate submission. This is the kind of award families miss because nobody thinks to check a parent's union. Sponsorship by an AUPE member also qualifies you, so the connection does not have to be a family one.
