Worth knowing

Applications are only accepted from August 1 to 31, through the online form on the MD page, and you must upload proof of enrolment as a PDF. That means you apply the summer after Grade 12, once you are registered for fall. You must have lived in the MD before enrolling, and Taber town residents do not qualify.

About this scholarship

The Municipal District of Taber gives up to four one-time $500 bursaries each year to residents studying full-time at a college, university or recognized post-secondary program. Programs that can lead to work in agriculture get preference.
