ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Two bursaries the Chinook Kiwanis give each year to Robert Thirsk graduates who have served their wider community, not only their school.
Volunteering outside the school is what the committee weighs most heavily, alongside marks, financial need and extra-curricular involvement. Forms come from the Success Centre and go by email to the club secretary, and you have to show proof of registration before the money is released.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 30, 2027.
