Four or more awards of $1,500 each for graduating Grade 12 students going directly into first year of full-time undergraduate study. It looks for sustained school and community leadership shown through initiative and volunteering.

Preference goes to students already engaged in student politics such as student council, a student union or Model UN, in youth councils or committees, or in debate and speech clubs. Charter school students are eligible here, which is rarer than it should be on this list.
