ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
An award from the Grand Centre Lions Club for a young person committed to humanitarian causes who shows the Lions philosophy of active volunteer service in their own community. You submit a transcript, proof of acceptance, up to four reference letters and a one-page essay on why you deserve it. Four reference letters is the most any Cold Lake award asks for, so line them up early.
The school lists the amount as $2,000 while the description alongside it says $1,000, so confirm the figure with Mrs. Jennifer Johnson when you request the form.
