ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

Three $2,500 awards for Grade 12 students completing diploma requirements at a Calgary Board of Education, Calgary Catholic or other Calgary-area high school. Selection looks at academic standing and at how you show the ENMAX values (safety, integrity, accountability, service, teamwork, agility, innovation) through activities outside class. ENMAX also funds awards at SAIT, Lethbridge Polytechnic and the University of Calgary, and $1,000 awards in the Horizon, Livingstone Range and Westwind school divisions.

ENMAX does not run an award called the Environmental Scholarship. This is the Grade 12 award it actually offers Calgary students. Applications go through EducationMatters or your school scholarship coordinator, and the deadline is theirs, not ENMAX's, so check with your coordinator.

HOW TO APPLY

1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.

2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.

3 Submit your application through your school before June 1, 2027.
