About this scholarship

A $500 award from J&L Hays Welding in memory of Cody Neufeld, for Forestburg School graduates going into any post-secondary program; more than one may be given each year. You write an essay on your impact on your community and school, and preference goes to members of the volunteer Forestburg Fire Department.

Worth knowing

Essays are due before the last day of school in June, and the award is paid within a year once you enrol. Marks are not the deciding factor.
