ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
A $300 award for the Austin O'Brien student who best shows leadership, determination and work ethic, a willingness to take risks, business conducted with integrity, empowering leadership, employee ownership and an entrepreneurial streak.
The criteria read like a job description rather than a school award, which suits a student who has actually run something: a small business, a fundraiser, or a team. Nothing in the wording requires business courses.
