Parkland graduates entering engineering or engineering technology
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Border Paving Ltd. funds this for a graduating student at either Memorial Composite or Spruce Grove Composite who shows academic excellence and is suited to further study in engineering or engineering technology. The measure is specific: the highest average using blended marks in English 30, Math 30 or 31, and Physics 30. Engineering technology sitting alongside engineering means a student heading to a polytechnic diploma is as eligible as one heading to a degree.
This one is offered at both Parkland high schools, and each collects it its own way: Spruce Grove Composite through its April awards package, Memorial Composite in the spring of Semester 2. Neither publishes a fixed calendar date that repeats, so ask your own Student Services.
