Students relocating at least 100 kilometres to attend Red Deer Polytechnic
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
A $1,500 award for a recent high school graduate who had to move at least 100 kilometres from their hometown to attend Red Deer Polytechnic full time, in an undergraduate programme of at least two years.
Red Deer Polytechnic runs one General Application that closes May 31 and puts you in the running for every award you qualify for, so this is one box on a form rather than a separate submission. The 100 kilometre rule is the whole filter and it is measured from your hometown, so a student from a small central Alberta community may qualify where a Red Deer student never can. Programmes shorter than two years do not count.
