Who can apply Black, Filipino or Indigenous students in Grade 11 or 12, 16 by the start date, with Grade 10 Science done, who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents with a SIN who can be in their lab in person every day

About this program

A paid six-week summer internship in a SickKids research lab in Toronto for Black, Filipino and Indigenous high school students. Biology and chemistry help but are not required. You need to be at the lab in person every day. The 2026 program ran July 6 to August 14 and applications have closed. Check the Kids Science page for the next round.
