How University of Calgary awards work

Apply for admission first. Then log in to your Student Centre with your UCID, open My Financials and choose Apply for Entrance Awards. Allow pop-ups, or the form will not show. The High School Prestige Awards take applications from October 1 to December 1. The High School Awards close March 1, with supporting documents due March 15.

134 awards are listed here. Among those open now or opening later, the most deadlines fall in March (105) and December (15). 13 awards have no date listed yet.

The largest amounts listed are Ted Rogers Legacy Scholarship (University of Calgary) ($100,000), Cuthbertson and Fischer Chancellor's Scholarship ($15,000 a year, $60,000 in all) and Grant and Paula Smith Chancellor's Scholarship ($15,000 a year, $60,000 in all).
