Wolf Creek students entering music, broadcasting or journalism
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Up to $2,000 from the local radio station, for a student enrolling within twelve months in an accredited music, broadcasting or journalism program. It is one of the few awards in central Alberta that treats broadcasting and journalism as fundable fields in their own right.
The station describes the award as up to $2,000, so the amount can be less. A current letter of recommendation is helpful but not required. Applications go to the Career Centre or scholarship committee by April 17.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before April 17, 2027.
