ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Stanley Dennis struggled in school and had great potential, and this award exists to tell a student in the same position that somebody believes in them. It is for a Paul Kane student who is working hard to get ahead, and it is open from grade 10 rather than only at graduation. It is one of three awards the Stanley Dennis Memorial Fund pays for at Paul Kane, and the only one of the three with no field of study attached to it.
Paul Kane collects this one and its handout gives April 10 as the date, with no year attached, so it is an annual cutoff rather than a one-off. The handout also says every detail in it is subject to change, so confirm the date with Student Services before you plan around it.
