Paul Kane Global Languages Award
For a student who has shown exceptional commitment to two or more languages other than English at the 30 level, and who demonstrates leadership in using those languages outside the classroom. The out of class requirement is what separates this from the school's Japanese 30, Spanish 30 and French 30 prizes, which are decided on marks alone and need no application.
Paul Kane collects this one and its handout gives April 10 as the date, with no year attached, so it is an annual cutoff rather than a one-off. The handout also says every detail in it is subject to change, so confirm the date with Student Services before you plan around it.
