About this scholarship
A $300 award from the Merit Contractors Association, a non-profit that promotes the trades in Alberta, for a grade 12 student who has shown exceptional skill and appreciation in woodworking, metalworking or other industrial arts. The industrial education teacher selects the recipient, judging three years of shop work, not a written case.
